We support African grandmothers in communities affected by the AIDS pandemic.  These women carry unimaginable responsibility for the daily neeeds of vulnerable children in their care. By increasing awareness and raising funds, we help them to nurture and raise a healthy, self-sufficient next generation.

What's Happening


The Stephen Lewis Foundation (SLF), started in 2003, funds grassroots organizations working to Turn the Tide of HIV/AIDS in Africa. In 2006 SLF launched the Grandmothers to Grandmothers campaign to raise awareness, build solidarity and mobilize funds for Africa’s grandmothers and the orphans in their care.
